We understand that travel plans can change. Here is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for bookings made through Manideep Tours and Travels.
Customer Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing via email at manideeptourstravelshyd@gmail.com or call us at +91 99081 21022.
Operator Cancellation: If a tour, flight, or bus is cancelled by the operator/airline due to operational reasons, the applicable refund will be processed as per the operator’s policy.
(Note: These are standard estimations; actual charges depend on the specific package/operator)
30 Days or more before departure: 10% of the total booking amount.
15-29 Days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount.
7-14 Days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 7 Days before departure: No Refund (100% charges apply).
Please note: For peak season bookings (Holidays/Festivals), different cancellation rules may apply.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation is approved.
The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card).
Transaction fees or convenience fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.
