All bookings are subject to availability.
Advance payment is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the commencement of the trip/service.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel prices, hotel rates, or government taxes.
Manideep Tours and Travels acts as an agent/facilitator between the customer and service providers (Hotels, Transporters, Airlines). We are not liable for deficiencies in service provided by these third parties, including delays, technical faults, or sudden cancellations by operators.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry valid ID proofs (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, etc.) during the journey.
Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The agency is not liable for theft or loss.
Manideep Tours and Travels shall not be responsible for any injury, illness, loss, accident, or delay caused by natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or other causes beyond our control.
Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
